The one time i did need to call because they did not credit my kids account a free month i just called up the local boost store and the girl gave me the store acct number and it went right to a rep and my account was taken care of right then.I now have it stored in my contacts if i ever need it.

I just press six random numbers when it asks... haven't had any trouble so far lol.
