Your asking if its a way to root without a computer . It was one called z4 root . But now it isn't.

thank you for this....however it still requires a computer from what I read from the link you posted. I asked can I do those without a computer.

that is a tar file in the thread and mobile Odin flashes though. do you think its possible to flash that file using Mobile Odin? I don't have a computer that's why I am asking all of this.
Oh, sorry about that... I actually thought it was like a CWM flashable zip... you should be able to flash that with Mobile Odin however you better have a computer nearby just in case... But it should work with no problem.
Check out post #3 on that XDA thread I posted... It says its a flashable zip....
I have not tested or downloaded it but I believe its cwm flushable
