Root [Boost Mobile] Handset Update tool model, format unknown

Okay so i'm trying to update my phone and i'm getting this problem. I've returned everything to stock with hoark's ZW-RTS-FOR-CWM-16-0B08.zip anyone else can shed some light on this? And also awhile back i completely deleted my system partition while the phone was on just for the hell of it to see what would happen if that might give any insight. And please don't tell me to go use one of the nandroid backups the only reason i even used hoark's one was because when i tried only flashing back the stock recovery it was doing the samething... Thought maybe flashing hoark's ZW-RTS-FOR-CWM-16-0B08.zip would fix it and let me update but no dice. If anyone can go and run there handset update tool and show me what the Model and Format are supposed to look like please.

I think the tool is down right now and not working, I tried this two days ago and got the same result, it couldn't find an update on ZTE's site and didn't show the phone model etc, it connected to the phone no problem with it in fte mode, but when it went to check for an update it came up with nothing found on the site.

I also didn't find the update tool on the zte site, so they are probably getting ready to push an update or something, just a guess.

That's what i thought also but i called ZTE and they sent me a link to the update tool on the zte.cn website saying that they removed it from the usa version because of problems or are the tech support to ignorant to this matter?

the tool doesn't work either way though, if you look closely at the screen when it's not working it says the update file was not found I think if I remember correctly, right?

Well this sucks ZTE better not be dropping support for this phone... And did updating from the phone itself ever work? because it won't even update from there too...

it's happened before, my bet would be on an update coming out. I think the phone's still too new to not be supported, that would be a very unpopular move

That won't work either because it doesn't even communicate with zte's sever... No Communication = No "There's a new firmware for your phone" = No dropping the zip in the firmware version folder...
