Root [Boost Mobile] Looking for a mod

I remember a mod that let me pull the notification bar down while useing a pattern lock. I don't recall if I was on cm/aosp or TW, but I remember it having that ability. I also do not remember if it was built into the rom itself or an addon mod, but as I said I remember having that ability.

So does anyone know of such a mod, and perhaps a link to it?

As a security feature the notification bar cannot be pulled down if you use a pin, pattern, etc to unlock your phone. Setting your lockscreen to swipe enables it. Certainly wouldn't want an unauthorized user changing settings without needing your pin...

Ok, maybe it was the lockscreen app. Could have sworn it was a mod of some sort, of coarse that's been many flashes and weeks ago
