You can put any baseband on the phone, The question is will it work... I think any sprint baseband will work... Try it and see...
There is a section for basebands in the Roms and mods thread that has a list of basebands and instructions

Just about all the basebands in the Rom section will work. I personally have been running the LJ7 baseband because it gives me better service. To each his own though.

I would like one that works good with BoostMobile GS3. Hopefully that i can flash with ODIN.. I dont know much so ODIN makes it simple..

You don't need Odin. The modems will flash with TWRP or CWM. YES!!!! It's that easy.

I used Smith's rooted stock recover MG2 so i dont have Custom recovery to flash it with...
