Root [Boost Mobile] New and need help rooting (COMPUTER ERROR + video)

Hiya all i'm new to the ZTE warp scene so hello!

I need help root my warp it has the bo8c stock rom,
My problem is once I open the ms-dos .batch for root+patch+cwm
My phone goes to bootloader everything works fine then it says "server not running (I assume ADB)", Then afterwards I get the infamous microsoft error blue screen and then my laptop always reboots.
also is it possible to flash a non b08c firmware (Downgrade)

Any help would be greatly appreciated

After you install driver from phone install pdanet and for device select other. That will install drivers for adb. Also when I rooted mine on b08c I had to install cwm and then super user. Hope this helps.

Sounds like a ton of problems there! My recommendation is to download the stock B08C .zip from the Ultimate warp drive forum, then flash it in Cwm. That will give you a 100% stock B08C phone with stock recovery and stock kernel. If you don't have cwm flash it to the phone first

This method would require you to have root and CWM in the first place, so I believe you'd have more success using a different computer to try to root your hardware, if that's possible. And yes, once you have CWM installed, you can install any firmware you want, upgrade or downgrade. It doesn't care

I have been using easy tether pro for several months now, just the other day it stopped connecting to the server. It shows that i have connectivity to the phone, I'm thinking sprint is blocking my tethering ability. Should i root my zte warp, and if so how do i go about accomplishing that? Any advice would be helpful since I'm new to the whole android world, you'll need to walk me through. Your my only hope, since i bought the zte warp so i could have internet access in the first place.

Make a new topic the mods like that more and as far as I know it can be fixed by closing and reopening it on the computers end and if that doesnt work pull out your usb cable then reinsert it. also if it doesnt say usb debugging/file transfer in the notification area then it won't work hope I helped.
