Root [Boost Mobile] Random question regarding clearing the memory space on a phone.

Is there a way to remove all folders on the internal memory and all data that is not absolutely needed to run the phone in to recovery.

I'd like to delete everything and start off a new.

You might try an app in the Play Store called "SD Maid" to clean out the SD.
Then manually remove unnecessary folders created by apps. SD Maid can remove empty folders, app cache, app data, etc.

Connect the phone to the computer, click on the phone folder, select all (Ctrl+C), hit delete.

Your phone will put back necessary folders and files that it needs
