How did you install it? If you flashed it you shouldnt have a problem.. my guesd is you moved the app to your /system/app folder and forgot to set perms to rw-r--r-- and reboot when you did. Thats my guess.. i could be wrong

I Extracted It But I didn't change perm Or reboot I'll i will do it know

You might also need the stock email apk. I beleive the stock camera has some dependency issues.. lol i could be wrong. Someone correct me if i am. Do you have that one or do you need it?

Another dependency is the system camera sounds. I heard (from a post by Mr. Bobo, I think) that if the sounds are renamed or deleted the camera also won't start.

Ill back that up. I accidentally removed them when making .my Rom and no camera
