the latest cwm came from hroark: http://db.tt/DOYkJJns

the data fix wasn't a problem with cwm, it was a flashable zip to correct a file in the stock ROM that caused data to get wiped during restore, you have to flash this file once on a ROM before doing a backup to get your data to come through during a restore from cwm: http://db.tt/uq6zPLcl

Most ROMS have the data fix built in already, mine does (n00b ROM) as do most others I have tried.
