You need Ninjamorph to decompile and then recompile and push the framework-res.apk.
After the system check, click on new project and navigate to framework-res.apk. Then after you click on it, it will show a progress bar of its decompilation. Then, after that, close out of Ninjamorph and connect your phone to your computer and turn on USB storage. There, navigate to sdcard/androidthemes/workspace/framework-resapk. You'll see a lot of folders, but the "res" folder is the one you want. Then look for all folders that begin with "drawable." Those will have all of the image files that you can photoshop.
Once you're done, turn off USB storage. Turn go back into Ninjamorph. When it's done its system check again, click on finish project and selected the "framework-resapk" folder. It'll recompile the apk and it'll ask if you're sure you want to replace the current one. Click yes. Then it'll ask if you want to optimize it with zalign. Click yes. Then it'll ask you if you want to delete your project. Click whichever you want (I personally like to click "no"). Then do a quick restart. You should see your changes when the phone reboots.
If you have any other questions, feel free to PM me. I know what it's like to have to learn all of this stuff and I might be able to save you some time trying to figure things out
Good luck! I can't wait to see what you have in store for us!
p.s. When photoshopping, be careful when editing .9 images. They have special 1px borders that contain special coding. Just a heads up, editing the activity_title_bar.9.png could lead to a bootloop!
