OK so new to all this but gonna start working on my first rom this week so thought id stop in and introduce my self.

My game plan is to start with some basic themeing and and setting up my system apps launchers etc. and i think i understand the themeing good enough. my question is how to set my apps up like the home launcher i want to use.

Ok I managed to get some work done set my launcher as adwex (will switch it out for the free version or xperia when i get to a beta and can release it)

Hey if you have any questions you can pm me, ive been helping new developers begin making their roms. Now i think i know what your asking. If you want to make stock apps like say zeam launcher instead of the stock one, delete the stock rom from your system/apps folder and replace with your launcher. Setting stock settings such as the launcher having a vertical app drawer instead of horizontal on default is more advanced and done by editing xml files. I recommend not editing xml files until you know more about roms.

Oh I thought you just used tb to convert apps to system apps.
