Sorry for the noob question, but I'm a first time user of UOT. Trying to theme a red theme but running into problems. For instance the quickpanel settings are getting covered up by the battery icons, menu icons won't change, and lockscreen won't theme neither. Any help would be appreciated.

The quickpanel icons are in the quickpanel.apk, and that is why the are not being themed. To help further diagnose your issues could you let us know what rom you are using, and maybe post some screen shots of your work in progress

The lock screen is framework-res.apk, as well as the menu icons that you are looking for but not all menu icons will change successfully as some apps have their own set, some only use the ones in framework-res, and some apps use both.
