Root [Boost Mobile] Voicemail Issues!

I dont have voicemail right now. I did call boost to stop the voicemail service before and had stopped it for months now.

I just called them up to turn it back on and they said they did 2x already but still getting this error mesaage:

"Im sorry the phone number XXX XXX XXXX is not a valid voicemail number. Error 100 something blank 203..."

Then shuts off the call... anybody else have this?

Thanks i tried it and yes i am currently running the MOAR ROM

Heres what it says after trying to activate the device

After the ## if it don't work then try the activation again, if still not work then try replacing your APNs and then redo the activation, if still no go then flash back to stock and do activation..,.

I had to do all this too,,. One of these custom sprint Roms changes us to be sprint not boost, and they have separate voicemail servers/services

Thanks. I did the ## hands free activation after reboot seemed to work. But still no. Did the activation in the settings and still no. Ill try what you said about flashing back to stock then activating and restoring my rom back hope it works...

Did those and still nothing i went back to stock. Updated profile. Updated prl. And tried activating the device it had an error message. And still nothing...

Any other solutions?
 
Did you do the ##72786# again when on stock?
One of these steps fixed it for me, however I didn't have boost shut off the voicemail, but I was getting that error, I think when I flashed carbon ROM .

Nope didnt try when i was on stock ill try it again tomorrow and see what happens. Hopefully i get it back uo and running
 
Tried almost everything...

Went back to stock and used ##72786#

Phone rebooted updated and activated...

Tested vm still error....

Activated device from settings...

Error and said to call boost... did that..

Still nothing...

Anybody can provide solutions?
 
Had this issue reaolved. Called up customer service and took about a week before it was escalated to tech support and after creating a ticket to be escalated to the engineers it took another week before i gotba call and they told me the system was not letting them edit anything on my accout. Gave me another number to call and gave me anotjer 24-78 hours so waited and called and finally told me it was okay. Called my voicemail and it worked. So i dont think it was a rom issue maybe a sysmtem issue on my part having turned off the vm for a long time.
