I use the ADW EX launcher. It has a lot of themes for it. Many of the other launcher themes will work on ADW too.

Since you are running Carbon, you have access to all of the AOSP themes. Just type in CM11 themes in the Play store. That will give you a lot of choices. XDA also has a theme repository. I would check it out if I were you.

One thing to keep in mind when applying themes is that many will need you to apply the stock theme before the new theme. Some may also require that you change the dpi. I usually don't go to the trouble. I guess it just depends on how badly you want to run the theme. Another thing to keep in mind is that some themes require a cache and Dalvik wipe before they will apply too.

Many of the themes on Play have instructions on applying the theme. Just take a moment to read over the info. :thumbup:

Thanks again for the speedy reply I forgot to add that I wanted to do some homebrew theme's for roms that are out there lmao but that was my mistake however I will try your suggestions as for I'am always up for change and new things to try... It kind of seems like we are alot alike when it comes to modding things we just can't simply leave things alone till we break it lmao..
this will be my 10th phone this year.. :D thank you phandroid for my new addiction
 
well I did have a nice looking phone with the
M.O.A.R I spent countless hours on theming it out till the dam update hit my phone. I was passed out from my meds and bam!!!!:mad: I woke up and there my phone was sitting as if I just done a factory reset on my phone.
There should be a law against sending crap to peoples phones that the people don't want!!!!!!!!! I never asked for this update never did I want it either...
So now I'am back on the carbon... That crappy update snatched 500mb of data just to blank my screen and give me only my settings and nothing else dam it....
I more than liked the M.O.A.R trust me but means there's a factory update is still able to get me with out my permission I think I'am going to stick with the carbon for now.

Interesting you mention that. I was playing with 4.3TW roms also (MOAR, WS, Stock) in June during one of my flash binge weekends and my phone kept downloading the update.. I got throttled 2 days before the end of the month. That's BS! I usually only use 1GB a month since I don't/can't watch Netflix at work anymore. So now I have nandroids of those roms with the build.prop already edited to block that update in case I want to use one.

I'm surprised it updated with Moar installed. That sucks.

interesting to find this out 2 different people same probs with boost throttled our phones from 2 different states and but yet they claim that the updates don't effect our phones mobile data or plans and want to argue the fact that it does and they say it don't and gonna hang up on me and slow my speeds when my speeds are already slow from the start at 0.01-0.20 how are they able to do this to us? Maybe this should be stickied somewhere's ? I would like to try out that build prop. and you know I did notice that it did slow my phone big time during this update it had to take place about a day ago then all of a sudden it was like my speeds came back up since then but not above 0.20 this sucks

Guys, if the update actually used your data, you could have called Boost and raised hell about it. I've gotten quite a few credits from them. Remember. ....... the squeaky wheel gets the grease. LOL:D:thumbup:

Yeah I probably could have called them and raised hell. I sure wouldn't have told them the truth lol.

Why not tell the truth? You had data deducted from your account because of the update. That's all that's relevant. They need not know anything else. If it's true that the update is not supposed to deduct from your data then they were in the wrong. It doesn't matter if it happened 1 time or 10 times. I'm not sure how big the update was. I imagine it was close to a gig though. That's a chunk when they only allow 2.5 gigs before engaging the throttle.

They wouldn't have given your data back but they probably would have offered you a credit. It's been a long time since I've had any issues with Boost. The times that i have had issues in the past, I was usually given anywhere from a $10 credit all the way up to a free month's service.

Just food for thought bro. ;)

Um not true brother on my end that crap loaded on me while I wasn't rooted on my moto g n it burnt my phone up. N they data capped my service to the next phone. I root n rom my phones now to avoid ota crap they should call it malware. Update was 500 mb im on the $55 a month plan allows only just that before data cap. No worries though I love the funny remarks.
Btw mydian that build prop worked for my gs3 L710 thank u here thanked u there thanked everywhere lmao. ..... luckly for me i did a back up so got everything back rite as the 500 demon was sitting the waiting for me lmao dat bashterd n I totally agree with wet biker.

Well I may not be as lucky as I thought have been super su is saying it is no longer installed cause my phone got hit by that dang update thanks boost for once again busting my chops arrrrrrrggggggggggg stupid stupid.
$400 for a brand new phone n still can't keep only what I want it .......
 
You'll hear the news that boost and virgin are getting the sharp aquos crystal and it's going to be $150 it's a pretty midrange phone specs wise but has a almost bezel less display no earpiece the display vibrates to transmit the sound it's pretty nice design might be something to consider if you want a cheap new phone seeing our phone has similar specs with a smaller display you could also argue the exact opposite

There's also a crystal x with a 5.5 inch display and 1080p screen and snapdragon 801 but it's only overseas now may come to sprint in the future though
