Boost pre owned

Has anyone ever purchased a pre owned device from boost? If so, what was the condition like? I received one today and the screen has two scratches on it, a couple of small paint chips missing from the backcover. I'm wondering how normal this is.

Is it represented as refurbed? If it's just "pre-owned" (used), you get what you get. If it's refurbished, that one wasn't.

According to Boost (No Contract Certified Pre-owned Phones | Boost Mobile) the phones should not look used.

Contact them - there's a 14 day guarantee.

According to the Boost website pre-owned phones have been checked over and refurbished to look and perform just like new. I would complain and see if you can get a different one.
