yes i had service as of july 20th of 2013 but if i couldnt pay monthly i would switch over to pre-paid but iv been out of town sence july 20th and let my phone go off for 3 months now how do i start bk up my phone either with same number on pre-paid plan till i can afford monthly payments again?also i hav a samsung galaxy s 2

Can't you just add funds to your old pre-Pay SIM? Most will stay valid for around 6 months - at least, this side of the pond.
