Root Boot and power down animation?

I used to know how to change both if I wanted too, but those file locations must have changed with ICS. Can someone tell me where are those files hiding now on the Rez?

you can find htc_bootanimation.zip,htc_downanimation.zip,and vigor_vzwbootanimation.zip in system/customize/resource
