Boot animations and custom sounds

I'm wondering if any of you know of any of the options that will be available for the Moto X pure, for changing the boot animation sequence, as well as the custom sound used for notifications, and alarms. any ideas? Thanks!

You can always copy new sounds to the microSD card in a Notifications folder, and alarms in an Alarms folder. That's easy. But changing the bootanimation requires root and access to the /System partition (which voids the warranty and kills off Android Pay). THEN you need a bootanimation that will work on the Moto X Pure. Your call as to whether that's really worth the effort and sacrifice.

I guess I am still getting used to a device that might actually not need rooting. I really dislike the corporate boot up animation though. I myself, do not use android pay, so I don't think that would be a problem. But since it is a brand-new phone, maybe I should wait to see if any systematic problems develop, before avoiding any warranty.
