Help Boot Animations - No Sound After Upgrade

So after updating to latest OTA and re-rooting, I replaced the stock bootanimation.zip file with one I had used before. Under 4.1.83 the sound would play during boot. But after the OTA, even the stock Bootanimation played no sound,(even though one is configured and the sound file is present).

Anyone know how to get the sound to work again?
 
Weird. I've never had sound during boot. My old Samsung dumbphone did this but that was the first thing I noticed with the Atrix: no sound during boot.
