Have a read through that, that will completely reinstall your phones software from scratch.

It's older and I can't confirm it still works, but it should hopefully sort you out.

thanks! but i have no pc at home. can i just download the rom then update it in my phone via recovery mode?

I don't know, I've no experience with your device.

It looks like you need a PC though.
