Boot loop -- need original stock SBF

I'm currently getting a boot loop.

When I plug it in and try to do a factory hard reset I get this:

Bootloader
30.04

Battery Low
Cannot Program



note: Battery Low, Cannot Program are blinking FYI.

I'd like to just try and use RSD Lite and the original SBF to go back to stock but all the links are dead.. Can ANYONE help me?
