I know it sounds weird but when the battery temperature falls below 14-15 C° my phone restarts on every 20-30 minutes. Last night it restarted 18 times. What should i do?

Could be the battery is worn out and you should replace it possibly.

i searched the internet and i found that many alcatel idol 3 users have this problem but no one talks about battery temperature. It only restarts when the battery is cold
