I have a Lg Esteem and I forgot to flash it before I wiped factory reset it can i fix this? my email address is danielunde@gmail.com, it keeps booting into cwm over and over is this Boot Looping? and how can it be fixed?

here u go put this in ur SD card and flash it in cwm don't wipe anything just flash it

I know ur PC won't read ur phone take out ur SD card and put into an adapter then drag that file from ur PC to SD put SD back in the phone and reboot in to recovery
