Help Boot Loop

I installed a Volume Control Widget. I rebooted since the app said to reboot if I didn't see it in the Widget menu. Now, I'm in a boot loop where I get a lot of the host "processes that stop" notifications and when I choose "force close", the phone reboots and continues rebooting. Any way to go in and remove this app...aside from a factory reset that is? I've pulled my battery and that didn't help.

Nevermind...I figured out how to factory reset it. Bummer.

On the plus side, at least you get to clean out the cruft and things you never use anymore!
