Root BOOT LOOPING!!! help please

i flash twrp recovery into the one v
and flash the pacman rom..
it boot looping now..
i try to restore back to stock
now it still boot looping...

please help!

How did you solve it? By chance did you forget to do a factory reset and delete cache/dalvik cache between ROMs?
