Root Bootable ClockWorkMod Recoveries

I'm looking for a bootable sdcard that can run ClockWorkMod Recovery to backup my Nook tablet stock rom. I'd rather use a stable allready created rom. My Nook tablet is model BNTV400. I also plan on using a Sandisk 64Gig class 10 sd card. I'm already using a Sandisk 64Gig class 10 and have had no issues with it.
