Just threw together a quick one to figure out how to do it again. Hope you like.

Your bootnimation.zip is currently found in System>Media
First rename your current bootanimation.zip to bootanimation.zip.bak and put this file in the same folder, then rename it to bootanimation.zip
Reboot and enjoy

Hi, I have used an app before on two of my previous rooted phones that has lot's of custom features. One great feature is their Boot Animation swapper. The app is called ROM Toolbox Pro by J Rummy available in the Play Store. There are about 20 to 30 boot animations available. Only thing is to use the app "You MUST be ROOTED". Hope you enjoy !!!
