hello i have an Htc Desire S, i was using it while charging immediately it went off, av tried to remove the battery, remove the sdc card i mean the memory card and also off it the Htc Desire S refused to book finish it will just open T...Mobile and stay at that point.. pls what can i do

Hello and welcome aboard. I would suggest taking the battery out and leave it like alone for awhile. Glitches happen, and we will never know why. After a few minutes, reinsert the battery, connect the charger and let it be.
If the problem persists, then you might have a defective device, which would require some professional attention.
