Root Bootloader etc....

Im not a dev but I started rooting phones from the Huawei ascend to other phones to this one and I know the bootloader can b unlocked im searching for things but I know the community can do it I cant as I dont own a laptop n my phone is pretty much that at the moment but lets not give up fellow alcatelers sony told geohotz he wood neva b able to exploit ps3 software and he did again n again again so I know we can do this ive seen ppl on this site do the impossible wit all types if software so wus up dont give up I know yall want roms and if we get it imagine were we can take dis phone n wut it will b capable of just a thought I know we all busy ima food service n safety manager n I work da craziest hours but im still lookin cuz maybe I can help a dev out :o
 
Oh, just so you know.... looking for tools for the mtk6589m don't try using tools for other chipsets unless they are proven compatible

Chinaphonesarena has a promising looking thread but I can't view links and the newest mtk Droid tool thread doesn't state compatibilities.
