Root Bootloader relock inbound

Looks like a bootloader relock may be on the way. ADB command shows it's not unlocked but as far as I could see there was still the "Bootloader Status - Unlocked" in bootscreen in video in thread here.

Bootloader unlock on the way too (if I read the post correctly). Hopefully that means development will kick off a bit.
