IM GETTING THIS MESSAGE TRYING TO GET S-OFF USING MOONSHINE, RUNRUMMER UNIVERSAL FOR WINDOWS 8.1 AND VARIOUS OTHER METHODS TO GET S-OFF. IVE FOLLOWED A FEW OTHER POSTS FROM THE SITE AND JUST CANT SEEM TO FIND THE RIGHT METHOD TO S-OFF MY DEVICE. I HAVE TWRP 2.7 BACKUP. ANY HELP IS APPREICATED. IVE TAKEN ANYTHING HTC COMPLETELY OFF MY COMPUTER, DISABLED MY ANTIVIRUS ON THE COMPUTER, UNCHECKED FASTBOOT AND TAKEN SCREENLOCK OFF. IM USING ADB 1.3 AND DID NOT INSTALL THE DRIVERS LIKE STATED IN ANOTHER POST. MY ONLY OTHER IDEA IS TRYING TO FLASH IT?? IVE TRIED MOONSHINE 2.06 ,1.1, ETC.. MOONSHINE DOESN'T EXACTLY SPECIFY THE EXACT JELLYBEAN OR I.C.S. TO CORRELATED

its shows nothing??? How do i correct?
UPDATE: i got it to recognize the device
 
im still not getting moonshine to work. adb recognizes my device when i plug it into my computer. when moonshine goes thru its test, it fails at step 2 and adb doesnt recognize my device from bootloader. i have the correct moonshine version as staed by this post:
