Help Bootloader unlock code

I send an email to huawei to ask they to send me bootloader unlock code for my huawei g630. I haven't receive a reply. What should i do? Wait or do something else? Thanks!

Since we don't know when you sent it I don't know how we are supposed to judge whether you've waited long enough.

Do Huawei offer bootloader unlocking and is that the official way to get the code? If answer to both is yes then give them a little time then resend the mail. Otherwise there's no point in repeating.
