Bootloader unlock key

Hey I got the g7 power about 2 days ago went through the steps to unlock the bootliader everything went fine motor days they would send me my code but it's been about 10 hours ago
I did everything right and even used a different browser as well and nothing
Anyone have the same problem

i do not have your phone, but according to this guide:

you need to click and send twice.
