Help "Bootloader unlocked" under JB

I downloaded Jelly Bean last night and now sometimes get a "Bootloader unlocked" warning screen when I reboot after a power-down. I bought the phone secondhand.

Would love any advice on this. Thanks.

Hi Sid,

The warning itself will not hurt anything but if you are tired of seeing it, take a look below.

First go download the stock boot image here: Remove Motorola Nag Boot Logo

Can you confirm that the message doesn't actually affect the phone? Why does it appear, do you think? I bought the thing secondhand: did the previous owner try to root it, perhaps?
