Help Bootloop after Factory Reset

I tried factory resetting this phone about a week ago and every time I try starting the phone up, it shows a green android with a blue object that rotates repeatedly. It will stay on this screen for about 5 seconds, turn black, and then show this screen again over and over and over. I tried the LG support tool and had no success and I tried flashing the 8.10 cab and it went through the process perfectly, but it still is stuck in the bootloop whenever I start up my spectrum. I do not have CWM and I didn't flash any roms onto the device, so I am confused on what happened. Any ideas how I can fix this?

I need more info as to what happened when you were trying to do a factory reset. What it sounds like, is that you have a bootloop flag set, but that should only be possible if you had CWM previously installed. Any additional info you can provide, would be appreciated.

Before I did the factory reset, the phone would freeze at the startup on the LG screen. I thought an ordinary factory reset would fix this, so i held the power button+vol down to factory reset it. Now everytime i try starting up the phone, it tries to reset the phone and gets stuck in a loop at the screen with the android robot. I have had the phone rooted for about a month with no problems and I did not change anything before this, so i don't know what the problem is

Sounds like something on your /misc partition is not clearing then. Without access to ADB though, you're very limited on options. You can flashing the cab again and doing a factory reset, just to see if it holds, but more than likely, you'll be taking the phone in to VZW for warranty work, assuming you still have insurance on it.

Do you by chance have any stock cab files, other than the 8.10?

Also, is there any way to install CWM Recovery on a different phone/sd card and transfer it onto my LG Spectrum? Or is that impossible? And would that even help me?

Yes: V9 cab http://csmgdl.lgmobile.com/dn/downl...2109876543213/VS920ZV9_02.S9_02.P58020.R5.cab

No. CWM is written to the phone, not the SDcard. At this point, there is no way to install CWM unless you can get into the OS and gain root.

That's a brick, and that also looks like it's trying to take an upgrade. Are you sure you weren't in the middle of a software update when you reset your phone?

Yeah, the phone would freeze on the "4G LTE" before. After a couple hours of waiting/pulling the battery out to restart, I tried factory resetting. It does this every time now... even if I try factory resetting again, it still does this
