So I have been running the VILLUMINATI ROM 4.4.1 (by dastin1015 on xda-developers) for my EVO V 4g (Reflashed EVO 3D) for a while, and a few days ago I noticed there was an update to it. I downloaded the update and after many attempts to flash it resulted in failures I carefully re-read the end of the thread. There I found that I had to install a special version of TWRP that had SELinux support. I then flashed that recovery and then successfully flashed the new update. The problem was that when I started up and tried to go through the setup process, I tried to select "log in with existing account" (second button I pressed) it froze then rebooted. I tried it again with the same results. I was quite annoyed but decided that I would have to revert back to the version before this new one. I did and was greeted with the same failures, only this time it typically wouldn't even let me past the first button ("next"). I was getting pretty annoyed and nervous at this point so I reverted to an older ROM that I used to use by the same person (HOOD POPE 4.3.1) and was greeted with the same problem of click-freeze-reboot. I decided that maybe the problem was with this guy's ROMs for whatever reason, so I found and downloaded a stock rom (VM_ICS_2.95.652.5710RD_DEODEX_3-24). This time it just skipped the formalities and sent me straight into a boot loop. I've tried wiping all but sdcard multiple times even reinstalling the previous version of TWRP I used and none of this has fixed my problem. If anyone can help, that would be great . Thanks!
P.S.: I was rooted and I have s-off.
