Root Bootloop/reset tip

Just thought I'd let you in on a secret that doesn't appear to be well known.

Sometimes if a cache needs releasing for instance a battery pull is the best thing. However, holding vol down, power, and the track ball buttons simultaneously will save you having to rip the back off your phone, if you need to reset. Wait for the screen to go black and release the trackball, fastboot appears.

Just to clarify though, this simulates a battery pull but will not always fix everything a battery pull can. Sometimes actually disconnecting the power is the only way as with any other OS based device. ...And even kettles. I think. Kettles?

So you mnaged to get your name changed after all. How?

Yea, pulling the plug on a kettle is great for cold water, whenever I want cold water I just fill the kettle and leave it for half an hour, done.

Change your name by being nice to Phaser. That's what I did anyway.
