Root Bootloop!

Rooted both my Dinc2 and my wife's. Mine is working fine but her's has had several issues. Tonight it lost all volume so I rebooted it. Now it is stuck in a bootloop.

There is no custom ROM on it only the downgraded GB 2.3.3. I can get into HBOOT at the current time. I think it may be the Viper anti-virus program as that is where it reboot itself but I'm not entirely sure on that.

I tried to get into safe mode but was unable to do so. I held down the power button and the volume down button but did not see safe mode.

When it boots it is now making a noise that it did not do before and that mine doesn't.

Any help in getting this fixed before I have to head of for work in the morning would be appreciated.

Recovery mode?

Boot with the vol down depressed to get to the bootloader (with the device OFF, depress and HOLD the volume down button. While that is still being held down, without letting go, depress the power button to power on the device. DO NOT release the volume down button until at least a second or two after the phone begins to boot.), let it check the SD for the IMG files that shouldn't be there.

Scroll down to recovery or Factory reset and select.

Thanks. I just left it plugged in and left it alone over night. When I checked on it in the morning it was working properly.

Do u know how to fix in call volume and stuck on mute . The volume works on everything else but when making a call or receiveing a call
