Leon Marco, I do apologize for the delay I was under the impression that I'd responded to those who are trying to help me. As you may have guessed I am not tech savvy and am very grateful for the assistance. However, my wifi is on wpa and wpa2 and I am not sure as to how one would check if it's been guest enabled. once I discover how that works I will hopefully get back to you, if I don't hear from you first . I would like to discuss some other things that they have been doing with my phones. For instance making it where when I make phone call the person who I'm calling can't hear me but I can hear them. Causing my phone to overheat, changing my apps that I've got on my sd card back to my internal storage. This is just some of the things I put up with. Hopefully this will get to you. Hang on isn't this illegal? Can't they get arrested or at least fined for this?
 
I can help you with one thing... you say that your apps keep getting installed back to your internal storage, that happens when the app is updated from the play store.

for example let's say you just moved an app to your SD Card and later on it has an update, after it updates you can go to the settings and see if that app was moved to the internal storage.

I have tested it and I've noticed that after an app that has been moved to the external storage gets updated it is places back to the internal storage, it's a hassle. Here's an image showing that the app was moved back.

Hacking your PC remotely i can see. Hacking your phone remotely without you having downloaded a app that has been binded with (Blank answer) i cannot see.

They would either have to have had you download an app from a link or had physical access to the device. If neither nor happened, i would say it's the device or the carrier service.

Thanks for responding James L and I do apologize for not responding sooner . I am still having problems with these people and I appreciate the information you gave. What about the ability to intercept my phone calls and messages. They have stopped calls and text from getting to me . I have called my wife on her phone and it will ring once stop then I'll hear everything going on around her ,including her voice if she is talking but she isn't even aware the phone even rang and she hasn't even answered the phone. My wife has a samsung on5 phone and I have a samsung j7. She recently downloaded some music from frostwire and they have either moved the songs to another folder or completely erased them. Again they never had access to our phones. As far as a link don't know if we gave them access that way. If you know of anyway we can get this to stop and get them caught, hey I'm ALL Ears. If not thanks a bunch for the help thus far.
