Help box m8 no response

hi, i have a m8 with android 4.4 kitkat had problems with it and followed advice of you tube and reset with tooth pick at back of box then got into menu and did factory reset ,now have nothing on box apart from logo on telly screen can i recover this at all thankyou in advance

You need to download the appropriate RUU (rom update utility) for your device. If you let me know which carrier the m8 is for, i can direct you to the right one.
