I have an extra Motorola Droid 2 laying on my desk that I am looking to sell. It's brand new and has never been opened. Shipping with everything originally included (the charging brick, USB cable, 8gb MicroSD Card, the original packing, and all the standard reading material).

I'm asking $420, shipped. Payment via PayPal only.

I also have a Droid 1 Multimedia Dock that I am willing include with the Droid 2 if you want it. It's perfectly compatible with the Droid 2 and works just fine.

I am a well established staff member here, so you can trust the integrity of this transaction.

Pictures are in the attachment.

:)

Take a nice 1 week old Ally and cash (Verizon holster case and screen protectors, LG oem car charger)??...

Just figured id offer since you posted a similar trade on another sale thread...

Price reduced.. again: $420, shipped.

Come on guys! This is a great device!

That sure is a great price, Trident; I know you're going to sell it here if you're patient.

If I were selling it I'd keep in mind that the Droid 2 is being marketed as, well, an upgrade of the Droid, so it's Droid users, or wannabe Droid users ;) who love slide out keyboards and the whole Droid look that'll most likely purchase the 2. The Droid users are becoming a bit of a cult. :D

I was giving the Droid 2 serious consideration, but I have a co-worker with one who is disappointed in a few things about it, plus I've been reading reviews that end in things such as (copied from Engadget):

"If you're just looking for the baddest-ass Android phone on Verizon that money can buy, we'd recommend a Droid X or Droid Incredible any day over this, especially since all three are the same price -- unless you're hell-bent on going with a physical keyboard, of course."

"Both of those other handsets offer superior cameras, a better UI (in the case of the Incredible), and a better display (in the case of the X)."

That says a lot to me personally, and is one of the reasons that the X beckons over the 2 (coming from an Eris).

They argue about the X and the 2 and the Incredible in those forums here at AF, people going each way, some even returning this or that "piece of junk" for any of the others. lol :D

I'll keep watching to see if it hits my price range. I have the droid and the wife got a droid 2. i like hers more ssoooo if no one bites on ur phone maybe i'll get lucky :)
