After you try it if you have any problems getting apps from the play store go to settings and delete your Google account and re-add it.

My Nexus 10 arrived August 1 and after a full charge and without any prompting from me it updated to another 4.2 version and then 2 hours later updated to 4.3 in the very early hours of August 2.
