Brand new unit. Problems

[Android Question]

Hi I bought this Lenovo Ideatab through a chinese outlet online. I charged the battery and when I turned it on I expected the software to start the windows process. It went into a systems test and now it's stuck on Headset!
Headset Avail : Yes
Headset Button: Release
=================
[!]Please press headset KEY
What Headset KEY?
I can't turn this unit off or anything....
When I unplug the earphones
it says
Headset Avail : No.
What can I do?

Given it's brand new, I'd return it and get a replacement.
