hello i hope someone could assist me with this... my question is... "what to do next. 
"breakoutAllineonepkg"
After executing the "recoveryAIO.bak" to attempt to root my phone, i chose the first option "cwmrecovery" and then the second option. .. after i turned my phone off.. i now have an option of powering the phone and simultaneusly holding the "search" button down .. my phone boots up to a little green man standing there with a package... then the picture changes to a triangle with an exclaimation point inside. I then push the "settings " button on the lower left side and this pops up . I dont know what to do now.... i dont think my phone is rooted and how do i get to the root.zip?

APPLY UPDATE FROM SDCARD
WIPE DATA/FACTORY RESET
WIPE CACHE PARTITION
BACKUP /SYSTEM
