Is this the screen you're seeing?
If so then you are not totally hosed, you're only "soft bricked."
If you're super patient and have steady hands attempt this: (I tried this method for about 45 minutes when I softbricked my phone with no success, but many people have succeeded with it.)

If you don't have steady hands you can make yourself a jig that is easier to use by doing this (this is the method I ultimately used and it worked flawlessly):
