Root Bricked after freezing app

Newbie
Goofing around and freezing apps with Aptek. Froze something system did not like and could not run Aptek to unfreeze. Able to boot up to Joneiedy custom recovery 2.2.1, but when I run Nand restore, and Google system restore then reboot, it gets stuck on the Android screen. If I clear cache I do get the Android bot and the box in the background but it still reboots and hangs on "Android".
How do I restore to pre-brick condition???

just redo the whole update process with LG-LGNPST and re-root should fix you up first wipe all userdata
