Help Bricked Esteem via LG Support Tool

Was stuck in CW recovery. Tried to update back to C to then downgrade back to B. While in the process of upgrading back to C my phone fell and now it's stuck on the LG Update screen. Any suggestions? On the LG Support Tool it shows the country and the version but not the model.

this happened to me with the optimus m i was able to run that tool on it but in the end the phone would have no service i had to send it to lg for repairs and they did fix what what was wrong with it email them and tell them you were updating your phone and something went wrong during the update and your phone is now bricked they should give you an rma#

I took it to a metro store and they replaced it. Bad thing was that they charged me $10.89 =\
