Root bricked kernal

How do i install a bricked kernal? i looked everywhere and cant find anything. D i need to do anything else before, after, or during while installing?

Im on s-off. I actually tooka chance and installed the zip and viper rom with 4.1 sense. It runs ok, seems a little faster, but at times it sticks and lags, but not too much yet. my main issue is now i cant use cache cleaner to clean my sdcard.

actually when i scroll through my social apps they go very slow and go blurry sometimes. even on my wifi.
