Root Bricked My Phone?

i Accidentally Formatted The Wrong Thing in CWM & Now My Phone Just Boots Up Then A Blank Black Screen im Running Zvd On The Lg Esteem . Can You Guys Help.? :confused:
 
i made an account just to help you because when it happend to me i did not know what to do. first takeout the battery and put it back in. hold the power button until the lg logo comes out then press both volume buttons ,after that some white letters will come out press power twice. you should know what to do after that :D
