Root bricked phone please help

Hi i have a optimus v and i rooted it one day and factory restored it and didnt make a backup recovery yes i know bad move but i heard still there was ways to fix it well it always loaded into the Clockwork recovery when i turned it on so i looked on the forms and found i can flash a custom rom on it so i put the files on my sd card and flashed it the phone restarted and said loading files or something like that it loaded to 100 then went to a lg logo and thats where it stops and doesnt do nothing but when i pull the battery and restart it does the same thing all over again any help please......
